SB top assembly

Has anyone disassembled the Silver Bullet top?
I would like to take a look-see into the innards to gauge whether it's feasible to replace the 510 connector with a 901. I got me an AFSv2 that looks a bit awkward on top of the SB with the required adapter, plus there's 2 more electrical contacts that have to be troubleshooted when the atomizer doesn't fire.
The "cover" over the inner workings seems a mystery to remove and I don't want to start prying things that shouldn't be pried.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just pull the bottom out of the end with anything that you can grip it with. Nothing is really holding it in there.

Then remove the hotglue, and the switch will fall out.

Then behind that is the 510 connector that you can pop out with some force.
