This is for Brazilian users on this forum (if any).
Scams like these are commonplace worldwide, but since Brazilians aren't much informed about vaping as of current, Brazil is a fertile terrain for those who want to make big profit because of the lack of information.
These suppliers are known to be notorious scammers (ranging from abusive prices to confidence tricks):
Good Smoke - They sell the cheapo 10 dollars e-cigarette for about USD $99,00 (or 200 Reais).
Cigarro do Futuro | - Same thing, but here, this guy is probably a plain scammer, because a lot of people are complaining about orders not arriving at all.
Update: Someone pointed out a really cool "conspiracy theory" at the Brazilian forums, by saying that the guy from cigarrodofuturo.com is actually this guy doing a fake review: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ydxqw-ox1zM
I'll investigate this for sure.

I'll keep updating this post as soon I bump into more complaints or other Brazilian sites with abusive pricing.
PS: As of today, I only know a real trusty brazilian supplier, Carlos Rebello, well recommended! He sells mainly e-liquids:
