I gave up decades ago listening to doctors tell me what is healthy to eat and what's not.

My beliefs related to eating and food: Man evolved as an omnivorous organism. Moderation in all things. Remember that most flavor is carried in the fat content of foods. (A little bit of flavorful fat is probably more satisfying and better for you than a boatload of sugar-laden, low-fat anything.*) And last but not least: Life is short. Eat dessert first... :)

*Could this be another example of harm reduction?
