Screen Problem with Captain pd1865

I upgraded my device and had some problems with the screen of my device,my friend also has the same device with v1.3 without upgrading it but i downloaded the lastest version of the device from ijoy software which it says v1.2 now my screen is like this , is there any way that i can get back to the factory settings or something like that ? thanks for help

I'm not familiar with your specific battery device, but there should be a way to change back to its default settings.

There should be a way. You may want to check the manufacturer's page and/or do some googling and/or looking for YouTube videos on the subject.

In this case you might want to email Ijoy and ask them how best to fix/replace your defective product component. Perhaps you can buy a new component or a new assembly like the PCA.
