So, not too long ago, I bought some pretty bad juice from this site. I contacted customer support, and they were very blunt and rude. The problem was, the first time I got this flavor, it was great, when I ordered more, the one I liked turned into a "classic" flavor, and was replaced, under the same name, with a foul, soapy candle tasting juice. On top of the name change, the way their site is set up, if they don't have it in stock, it doesn't show up, so there was no classic of my juice up there and I thought I was safe. Apparently not.
So anyways, I posted a review on their site for the caramel mocha frappichino juice, warning people that it wasn't the original (also posted on here in the reviews section, the thread is titled v4l). About a week later I noticed somebody else posted a similar review of it. I went to the site about 20 minutes ago, and they were both gone!
So, this is another warning, hopefully where they can't remove it, not to trust what reviews are posted, and definately look for a classic flavor first.
