Hi to all in Seattle and surrounding areas. Good luck with planning this. I started a similar thread in Georgia last November :

After the meet we started this thread, if you want to see some pics:

What started out as a small get together turned into one of the biggest meets a lot of people have seen. We wound up with over 120 people (almost didn't have enough room for all) had about half a dozen local vendors show up, and even had
vapeteam show up with a camera crew and did a live show, as well as some clips on their weekly show. It was a huge success, we have started a GA Vapers club, have monthly small get togethers, and we are planning on doing at least one big meet a year.
Again, good luck and I hope yours comes out as well as ours did, but a word of warning, it's going to be a lot of work to get it off the ground

. We got a committee together and that really helped with the planning, the more people working together the better, as it got to be way too much for me after it got over 20 people (my original idea was around a dozen, tops LOL). Had to rent a space it got so big. But it was all well worth the time and effort everyone put into it.
If you don't mind, I'll pop in from time to time to see how your doing.
