Ermmmm if I had enough notice, it was a weekend, or late in the week, I might be able to make it too. I can grab the same flight out as tx! /grin

Hey Taniger1 you are the first one I've seen on here from this area. I usually fly out of Walla Walla , no parking fees but many more flights into PSC so if I was just going over for the day I would probably fly out of there. I have family over in Puyallup so I would probably stay the weekend. Any vaping stores over in tri cities yet?:2cool:

You're off to a great start, washvap. Before you know it you'll be up to 50 and beyond :toast:.

Glad to see you're getting good responses. Remember to give yourself plenty of time for planning, all kinds of unexpected things will probably start happening, like maybe interested vendors, people that will show up but you haven't counted, (guests, word of mouth, etc.), you might need a lot more room than anticipated. We got lucky with the location we chose, they wound up giving us the whole top floor because we didn't expect such a large turnout, and only reserved one room.

I don't mean to .... in, but we learned the hard way, and if I can help make your experience a bit smoother, I'm happy to. But if you want me to keep my nose out of it, I will shut up :).

Well, I'm interested. The meets put on by the Vaporium are very fun. The owner and owners from other shops do raffles for free vape gear and the proceeds go to the wounded warrior charity. I've been to two of them and they are very fun. As Jagelpuff said, one is coming up supposedly this month. A two week notice is always nice. Don't know if I'd go north of Seattle, though...unless it was big like the Vaporiums.

The B&I is just a couple of retired guys selling ego type stuff. Their "shop" is about 10' by 6'.

Thanks Balthezar! It's looking promising at the moment. Good to see a lot of familiar screen names on here. Appreciate the tips and will keep them in mind. Will start planning it out when there's a better idea on the amount of people that are interested.

Your not butting in at all. I really do appreciate that you are trying to help me out with this meet. Hoping that it will come to fruition. Will start to pm you sooner or later about all of this as well. Need as much help as possible since this is my first go around.

Count me in on a weekend with some reasonable notice. South Snohomish county would be my preference as I live in Mill Creek/South Everett.

Thanks for your interest Music. I am thinking about getting a poll created soon to see where the best place for this meet would happen. Stay tuned!

Hey catcat, it's great to hear of your experience with other meets. Perhaps you can lend a hand when the time for planning begins.

The Wife and I may be interested. Depending on the date and location.

Hey MX!!! It would be great if you and Rhaps can come to the meet. Probably have a good idea on the date and location. Hopefully sooner than later. Just to give people time to plan things out.

I was hoping a few oregonians would be in on this :)

They might just show up on this thread. Seen quite a few Oregonians on here.

Count me in southcenter sounds good but i drive alot so don't mind driving to seattle tacoma olympia or north of sea.

Sounds great RP. Thanks for showing interest.

Sounds good, washvap, I"ll help any way I can. As soon as possible I would see if you can get any volunteers for a "planning committee" as we called it, as soon as possible.

As fast as yours is growing, by the end of April you could easily be up to 50. Ours kept getting bigger all the way up to the meet, from November to February it grew from 6 to 120+.

I'll look for your PM, and can let you know what was involved in our little get together :), so you might have some idea of what we did to help make ours a success.
