the closest I've found is in Ferndale, north of Bellingham. I'm in the Seattle area too. I feel your pain. there are several in AZ that I've been looking at too. but nothing close by and local where we can walk in and buy off the shelf.
Nope, not a single one. The closest ones are either, WAY north or south of Seattle. There is one site I seen that is in WA state though:

Hi, i am in federal way, well i know of 2 retail stores; EVERGREEN. VAPORS, in the B&I store on south tacoma way, and the vaporium on bridgeport way south, near ft lewis. Sadly king county banned public vaping, so, how can one have a retail place with no demo permitted;( so i am told...
I'm originally from Washington (grew up in Federal Way) so I kind of keep tabs on things out there; sucks that King County sided with the antismokers; at least there's a few here & there-no dedicated vape stores here in Maine, just a few smoke shops, convenience stores & drugstores selling cheap junk; there is MsTsBakery in Boothbay, but there is no storefront.
I am a big fan and regular at The Vaporium in Lakewood on Bridgeport Way. The owner Kim has over 130 flavors of eJuice available to try, she carries Juicy Vapor and Volcano eJuices. Great atmosphere and her staff are pretty knowledgable. But I am biased as that is my home away from home since I started vaping 8-1/2 months ago!

There is a shop in Lakewood right off of the freeway. Its called the Vaporium. There is also a walk in vapor cafe in Olympia but the name escapes me right now.
The one in Olympia is a Volcano Cafe. I've been to the Vaporium, Kim is awesome! It'd be great to see ya there sometime Jeff!
