Seattle people! Where to buy VG? and a non local cutting question.

since there is no walmart in city limits where i read alot get it, where is a place to buy vaping VG? id order it but dont wana wait. does PCC happen to have it? its right across the steet

also can i just pour into alrdy made e-juice? i got about a bit over half a 30ml bottle (15ml) of high pg low vg 18mg(nic) "USA PREMIUM TOBACCO" from ecigexpress that id like to cut the nic and PG levels of(dont mind if taste goes down) as i seem to be having a reaction to either the nic or the pg as ive never had problems with high vg and lower nic.
since i want to lower the nic anyways and phase out majority PG i was wondering if just filling the half bottle of 30ml 18mg e-liquid with pure VG would get me down to around 9mg by just filling, shaking then vaping.

you can get vg at most pharmacies or drug stores as well as hobby stores like michaels and hobby lobby. it will normally just say glycerine on the bottle not vg, just make sure it also says USP. and yes you can just add to you store bought juice but it will cut flavor and become thicker so it may not wick as well in your cartos or attys

I don't know what you have in Seattle but I know that Hobby Lobby, Walgreens, and health food stores have it here.
As Colt45 has said you can cut it but it will seriously cut flavor. I usually order double the mg with double flavor pg liquid and cut it to 50/50 mix. Not all vendors have the option for double flavor though. As for what you already have you could order a lower or 0 mg in the same flavor and mix them. That would have the same effect (Amg +Bmg)/2= Cmg

Ya PCC is a health food store is why i was asking,does not open for a couple hrs, ill be able to check soon.
