Hey guys I built my second nico stick with no glue or solder. Everything is cut to fit tight and the wires are twisted on to the switch. I used a hot battery tube and a hot exacto knife for the holes and to cut the spot for the switch to go into.
I made a "plug" again out of the wire that fits nicely into the middle of the atty connector and the negative wire just sits nicely in the spot where i put the atty connector so it is always connected to the outside negative part of the atty connector. I skipped the led and moved the switch to the side so that it did not move and detach as it was particularly cumbersome when changing batterries, I also didn't throw in an led as I wanted to go no solder as I mentioned above. This thifng is a beast putting out lots of smoke, the connector is not air tight so that might be why but I really like this nicostick.
