Hi guys, finally decided to give vaping a second chance. A couple of years ago I got one of those tiny three-piece cig-alike starter kits. You had the little plastic mouth piece filled with a sort of cotton, the atomizer, and the battery. I liked the idea, but that stuff leaked juice all over inside my pocket, my purse, my mouth... I went back to analogs because I hated all the maintenance of the ecigs.

I've been hearing and seeing that vaping equipment has vastly improved, so I found a local vape shop and got myself a neat little starter kit. Just your basic top wick coil disposable clearomizer and 750 ego knock-off battery. I have since upgraded to Virgin Vapor liquid and Mig Cigs battery+clear fusion tank, which I absolutely love.

That was a month ago, and I've gone from smoking a pack a day to vaping 2-3 mls a day. :p Been browsing around, and I gotta say, between this forum and Chris from Indoor Smokers on youtube, you all have taught me so much and have certainly been guiding me in the right direction.

So I just wanted to say hello and thank you!

we have pretty much the same story. tried in 08' it was awful. got a new kit a month ago and went from 2 packs a day to 0 as soon as i took my first puff. amazing how much different these things are now isnt it?

also a little fyi...chris is entertaining but i think people should take what he says with a grain of salt. i dont think ive ever seen him talk bad about any product...and that concerns me.

virgin vapors is good but pretty pricey. try mount baker vapor for some better priced stuff. they are hit and miss though, some great flavors and some awful ones. just read the reviews. their butterscotch is absolutely delicious.

I'm right there with you. Tried vaping a couple of years ago and did not like all the hassle. Now I just fire up my Itaste MVP and one of many clearomizers and vape away. Much better, much easier. I have not smoked a cigarette since February 6th !!! and I'm very happy and the withdrawals have been minimum. I still have the craving to smoke an analog but I'm not. I can breath much better and feel better. Much needed at 48 years old. I started smoking over 30 years ago. I feel ya :)

Thanks, man! I also thought it was weird that he liked everything he talked about, but the mig cig was a definite win for me. The protank mini, not so much. And after looking around at some other vendors, I saw how Virgin Vapors prices are a bit higher, so I save those for a treat sometimes. Got a few flavors from Mt.Baker and you're right on, they are totally hit or miss. Haven't tried the butterscotch yet, I'll make sure and put it on the wish list. =)

That's so awesome, high five!! I've been eye balling the MVP, but I'm kind of intimidated with all the variable settings. Did you find it pretty easy to learn?

i was actully thinking about the mig cig for my stepdad. seems like an easy little set up. i got my igo4 due to chris' review. its a nice ego battery but not as special as he made it out to be. i do like it and continue to use it even though i have 4 other mods now.

vw is very easy to learn. the mvp is supposed to be great. i catually just ordered one yesterday even though i already have a vtr. i wanted it for the battery life while im camping though...seems like it will be prefect for that. i only paid $35 for mine. real deal not a knock off and shipped from the US. i can give you a link and coupon code if you want to buy it.

sadly it looks like they are out of stock. but they come back in stock often. just keep checking (that is you decide to buy it of course lol). last time they came back in stock tues afternoon. the owner has said on reddit that they get more in regularly.

VapingME.com presents the Innokin MPV USB APV coupon code "reddit" will knock it down to $35 and some change.

sounds like a good b-day present to me....oh well my link might help someone else save a little cash. i need to look into the mig cig some more. my step dad is pretty old school and stubborn so it needs to be simple and effective. he tried my 510's maybe twice and got juice in his mouth both times, so i think he isnt very interested this time around. we shall see though next time i see him.

Welcome back to vaping-hoping you find success with the improvements made in gear-good luck to you! MVP 2 is a great and simple device-so many options nowadays, the mvp2 will eventually need to be discarded once it's lifespan is run since the battery is internal and can't switch out-but for the price and options it has-it's great and very easy to use!-hope you find something that works well for you and your lifestyle!
