I would say there should be a 20 dollar cap Good DIY juices for those who are on a budget would work just fine, just remember that if you wouldnt vape it because you think its doo doo more than likely you shouldnt send it. Any equip or whatnots just as long as you dont exceed 20 bucks for those who enter if it is mod approved there will be a list of people with just a few things each are interested in. Those ones that enter will be assigned a number, the number list will be posted once you pick a number a name will be pm'ed to you with what that person is interested in.

IF mod approved I'm thinking the date for names to be submitted should be probably the around the first week of november and people should have packages mailed out by the first of December that hopefully will give everyones package plenty of time to arrive with being Christmas time and the P.O being flooded with packages...Any ideas??
