Try the Vision Nano. Seriously. You won't be let down. This is the first clearomizer that I've been able to lay on it's side and not worry about. I've found this with all of the Vision clearos, Vivi Nova, Stardust etc.. when you fill it and screw the top back on, you will get a drop or 2 down the center air post. All I do is dab it with a tissue and vape the excess out. Other than that, NO LEAKS EVER. The test one I bought is on it's 5th fill and I'm still impressed with it.
