Please can anyone help with locating a wholesale manufacturer in the UK that makes USP grade VG and PG based liquids and USP nicotine ?

I've hunted high and low , aaagh help, any ideas ?

Failing in the UK, how about USA ?

Also can anyone recommend a wholesaler/manufacturer of Organic flavour concentrates?
