I have been trying to place an order tonight and it keeps stalling out when it goes to process my payment. First it said it could not contact the credit card authentication server, so I waited and tried again and got "An error has occurred. Please try your request again, or contact customer service for assistance. Thank you. Please provide Reference #1 if contacting customer service."

So I tried to drop you a message on the ticket system and it kicked out

Ohh and one other thing, I was also having an issue getting it to add a drip tip to my order, it keep adding random amounts between 3 and 10 drip tips when I hit 1.
