Being very new to the world of E-Cigs, I have ordered from 6 different vendors. All have been good, but LiteCigUSA has been outstanding. When informed that part of a recent order was missing, LiteCigUSA Customer Support told me they would send the missing item immediately and that there "might be a little something extra in there". Well, the package arrived and I was flabbergasted! I really couldn't believe their generosity.

The normal ordering experience must be first rate, but what often makes a big difference is how well a vendor handles a problem situation. LiteCigUSA Custom Service gets :thumbs: from me.

By the way, if you haven't tried the KR808D-1 PREMIUM Blank Soft Cap Cartomizers they sell, you're missing a great product. Just finished a head to head test this morning against 2 other brands. The LiteCigUSA PREMIUMs won easily. They stayed the coolest and produced the most vapor.:vapor:
