Selling e-cigs at a smoke shop in NYC?

Hey everyone, just got a pocket mini from Puresmoker and I absolutely love it. I manage a cigar store here in NYC; with the indoor smoking laws it makes it impossible to smoke anywhere but out on the street, unless of course you're using an e-cigarette.

So, does anyone have any idea about what the laws are regarding selling these here? I know they're not FDA approved nor taxed by the government - so I assume it's a grey area. Any ideas on where I should look for information regarding this?

I would google it, I did and Crown7 had something about the FDA on there site.

Contact your local lawyer. There is no law that prohibits nicotine delivery devices as of moment, so e-cigs are not regulated by the FDA at the time.
