Watching the Senate hearing, they seem to be a lot of people who hate already decided E-cigs are bad and all vendors are plotting to sell to kids.
While I am generally kinda liberal, I see these people as holier than thou egotists. And a bunch of fools.
Sure kids need to be protected from habit forming nicotine. However, that is not accomplished by totally banning a product.
The rep from the Senate Health staff really seemed to be only interested in avoiding questions.
What a waste, this Congress is useless.

The senate committee hearing sounded a lot like a meeting of the ... group:

A spokesman for the Alliance to Stomp on Smokers (...) claims Santa is a smoker, pointing to the poem by Clement Moore, “A Visit from Saint Nicholas", which clearly states:

“The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath.”

The spokesman explained that, as a smoker, Santa could become a corrupting influence on young children if he is allowed to continue his disgusting, despicable habit. “Seeing Santa as a smoker could lure millions of kids to take up the habit, turning them into hopeless, nicotine addicted perverts”, said the spokesman. “And, need I mention the serious health hazards associated with third hand smoke posed to kids in homes where Santa decides to take a smoke break.”

That "Hearing" yesterday was Pathetic. More of a Kangaroo Court.

I couldn't believe that those Two Spokesmen from Blu and NJoye just sat there let themselves be Tar and Feathered.

It was Embarrassing to Watch.

I even on the dark side most of my voting life, left when George Jr. And gang took away tons of our rights with the PATRIOT Act, and his foot in the mouth antics. Is there such thing as a Conservative Liberal?
Or is it Liberal Conservative?
Either is ok with me as long as we do not re-elect anyone. Anyone!

Nice epiphany. An Angel just got his wings.

I'm not being facetious either. I just think it's wonderful when a light bulb suddenly appears over a fellow vaper's head and he/she realizes that facts, logic and science don't matter in all this. The "truth" does indeed answer a lot of questions.
