Series vs parallel question

How does this effect Mah ratings?
2 -350 mah in parallel= 700 mah?
2 -350 mah in series= 350 mah?

Series: Same capacity (mah), same current (A), sum of the voltages (V).

Parallel: Double the capacity (mah), double the current (A), same voltage (V).
