LOL ... Some poeple like them, some don't.

I got my first set of Egos and Novas from them, and I return to get the replacement heads and random accessories. This time around, I got 2 Kanger T3s while I was ordering more coils.

I've never used them for juices, so I can't comment there.

They ship pretty quick, nova heads aren't that expensive. That being said, ya, the mini nova with only one coil kinda sucks from them, but I didn't know any better at the time (I thought only the Nova came with the 3 heads) and batteries can def be had for much less, I'd imagine tanks can too if you wanted to shop around. But, I tend to stick with what works for me if I can get what I need in one place, rather than pay multiple shipping charges.

Is this the place where that bald guy with the goate does the reviews?

YES it is.
I do buy things from them from time to time but there is something about them... I don't know... can't quite put my finger on it.

i purchase from them as well and i will say the few times i have asked questions they do know thier stuff, but this constantly renaming stuff drives me nuts, i am sure it is to make sure the less informed cant find that product anywhere else when doing a web search to find a lower price (took me a while to realize this when i started vaping) and the alpha program is strange 'testing" products that are already for sale elsewhere?

i dont have anything againt them, but they also dont carry anything i need so i really have not much reason to go there.........

I purchased just about every Vivi made from them, including the "Hyper SRT II", which vaped really well; just didn't last more than 2 weeks. Bought a second SRT for my father who'd been buying from them before I was even into vaping. His fell apart after 14 days. I noticed the Hyper SRT II looked a lot like the Smoktech "R" tank that I saw on another site. Bought that and compared side-by-side. The tooling on the "R" was much better than the SRT, and it's still going strong after 3.5 weeks with no stress marks (crossing fingers). I've heard that GotVapes is working with the manufacturer's to bring a better product to market. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt here, but you have to expect some duds with all the improvements now and then. I've since moved on to real RBAs and I've never been happier.

IMO, over hype on anything new. Did ya buy the original Ravens from 'em? If so, I rest my case.

OTOH, TBH, they did quickly refund my funds for the over hyped Ravens. That's a plus for me. But I'll never buy the 'latest & greatest' from 'em without solid feedbacks on the ECF!

I order from GotVapes all the time. I like their Stardusts and I've ordered other hardware from them as well. I've never had a single problem with them either with their customer service or their products. I received an order from them a couple of days before Christmas and something was missing. I filled out a ticket on their site, they responded and said they would ship the missing item immediately, I told them no rush they could wait until after the holiday and they said, no, it would be shipped right away. It was and I received it two days later. That kind of service is why I continue to order from them.

They give a discount if you sign up for their newsletter. If you are a consistent customer and keep coming back, you get another discount. What is wrong with that? A lot of businesses offer discounts that way to encourage repeat customers. Do you complain that you have to buy donuts ten times to get a free one? Clothing stores often give $$ off after a certain amount of purchases. It's never a ton of money, but many people take advantage of it because it's money off.

I've dealt with a number of vendors and I'm always willing to read other members complaints when they feel like they have been ripped off or given poor service, but I didn't read one complaint in this thread that felt legitimate to me. Just "feelings" and disappointment that they don't offer bigger discounts or whatever. That doesn't seem fair to GotVapes to me. Just saying.

I'm not affiliated with GotVapes in any way. I don't know the owners personally. I don't benefit in any way from defending them. I just thought this thread bashed them without really giving examples of why they deserved to be bashed. I don't follow their Youtube channel, so I can't speak to that, but my experiences with them have all been positive.

Jude. I sense some defensiveness. Let me just say I didn't mean any ill will towards Gotvapes. I misunderstood how that discount program works is all. I think the thread got a bit off track but different people are gonna have different experiences. Good, bad and indifferent. You'll always have haters and lovers. Don't sweat it. However, I do love a free donut!

Like I said, I don't have any stake in this. And I don't care who buys from them and who doesn't. We all have our favorite vendors. I just know that small businesses live or die on their reputation and this thread struck me as a little unfair. That's just my impression. Since my husband owns a small business, I'm always careful about what I post on the internet about other businesses. If they rip me off or give poor service, I'll post about it, but a lot of people post negative reviews out of spite or because they are the competition or just because they are azzhats. It doesn't take a lot of negative reviews to damage a small business. Not saying anyone in this thread did it for those reasons, just that I see a lot of that on review websites.

I've had good experiences with Gotvapes. If that changes, I'll be the first to post about it on here. And I'll always be open to hearing about legitimate problems anyone else has had. Since I wasn't hired as the fairness monitor, I don't get to decide what other members can and can't say (that is a job I don't envy), but after reading through the thread, I felt like speaking up. I spoke, I'm done, it's all good, not sweating, especially since we have about eight inches of snow here.

Not a regular donut fan myself, but I can't resist a chocolate eclair. Ever.

I hear ya. With 8 inches of snow you have bigger things to worry about. I can certainly appreciate you concern for small businesses though and I applaud you speaking up. Now. Off to Dunkin Donuts cause all this talk about them has got me craving a nice fresh chocolate frosted treat. Perhaps an eclair as well. Or two...

Sure. That's real nice. Taunt the snowed-in lady by dangling in front of her face the fact that you can jump in your car and buy a couple of eclairs and she can't. What has this community come to? Where has the love gone? :p

Did I mention it's a nice toasty 50 degrees here in Charlotte, NC? It's not all that great though. I have to practically inhale my donuts before the icing melts in this heat. Ha.
