Seriously - Stock your mail deliverer!!!!!!!

Hi all,

My P18 was supposed to arrive on the 9th.
I was not home and my wife which works at home missed the guy.
I checked in the morning and the e-mail said it was out for delivery. As I checked later the evening it said “Delivered”. I almost lost it. I called the post office and even drove there trying to catch the guy before he left at the end of his day. He was already gone.
The next day I stalked him and he came. You got my parcel?? No I dont have one.
Did you deliver one yesterday? No none yesterday either.
Well can you explain this? I showed him the email which said Delivered.
He said it must be in the facility.
So I call the facility and they say it must be on the truck.
Today he came and asked if I was waiting for something? I just looked at him and he knew it was no time for joking around right now and gave me the parcel.

Sorry for the rambling but I just had to warn and get it off my chest.

As everyone knows the waiting times are long and the patiences short. I was eager to get it. I can assure you as a NooB that I also have tested David’s patience as I placed the order and I want to thank David for mastering that with bravour.

I am so happy with the P18 I can’t even describe it.

Excuse my English as it was not my first language for 40 years.

Where you from Vapron? Glad you got your P-18 and enjoying it as much as we all do it is a great PV no doubt about it. I'll be in Jacksonville next week for some beach time to get my pale body some tan so if you see a pale German guy on the beach rocking his P-18 come over and have a beer with me.

But I strongly advise you don't try to stock mail carriers. The US Postal Service hates it when we kidnap their carriers and keep them as backups in our basements. Even if you give them lotion and buckets of KFC.

Stalking them on the other hand is still almost legal. ;-)

You speak English very well, I know the struggle myself. Thirty years on my side. Along the way I used to tell people who were being obnoxious (like I just was above) that I bet my English was better than their Farsi.

But kind of embarrassing to not get that right. Oh well it is what it is hihi.
And no I don’t think you were obnoxious. The bad part is as I am getting better at English as I am getting worse at German.
Soon I will only be able to communicate in an Englrman type of language. That is going to real fun.

Germany is famous for its fine engineering...which i have some German in me ;-) Good to hear your Precise showed up and you are enjoying it!
