Settings for VV/VW recommendations

Hi everyone,

I have had people tell me that it is a matter of preference over the settings that you have your e cig at but I want to you what you guys do. In particular with sweet e juices. Also what is "safe" so to speak. My itaste goes up to 5 volts and 11 watts and I'm terrified of breaking it. Thanks in advance for any help.

You wont break it... start off low and work your way up. Even at full wattage it wont break.

You're OK, that it goes up to 11 (which is the best) is just an option depending on how high of an ohm your coils are or what type of tank you're using. In general, start at the lowest and bump it up until you get a weird or possibly burnt/dry taste for the types of draws you do. Then drop back a notch as you'll have found the best voltage/wattage for you. Going too high simply means the wicking can't keep up with what gets vaped away, so it'll taste bad.

It is true that different eliquids can taste different depending on the amount of voltage and heat, so you might actually prefer a fruity flavor at a lower setting yet a dessert flavor at the "ideal" setting mentioned above.

I do find it true that the fruit ones need to be lower. I had it set high and it was like there was no flavour at all. Currently got raspberry icecream though so fruity/sweet and it is set high 5/10 . I just get the terrible fear cause it was a lot of money and the last thing I want to happen is it breaking.

I find 8 watts to be a very good starting point. Just like the others I go up until I notice is tastes burned. Be careful with how long you let it go with the burned taste. The ceramic wick coils (Aspire) will come back from the burn taste, others will not always come back and always taste burned even after you lower the power.
