Atomizer- an atomizer consists if a coil and a material used to deliver
juice to the coil. This system atomizer the
juice which turns it into the vapor we inhale.
Clearomizer- usually refers to a tank systems with wicks such as a vivi nova, kanger, ce4 (the ones that come with the ego kits). They call them clearomizer because it is a clear tank with an atomizer.
Cartomizer- a cartomizer consists of an atomizer and a filler material inside of a cartridge. A cartomizer can be used by itself or with a tank. They sell cartomizers with prepunched holes or you can punch your own. You can find carto punches on about an retail site.
Dripping- pretty much it is what it is. They sell dripping atomizers which can hold 6-10 drops depending. When all the juice has been atomized. You drip more. There are options of prebiotic atomizers (they look like shorter and wider cartomizer) and they have Rebuildable dripping atomizers (RDA) such as the igo-l, smoktech octopus, where you build your own coil and choose your wicking material. This allows you to tailor the ohm of your coil to you particular taste.
