Seven30 just died

My seven 30,that I've had for two weeks just fried,I built a new 1.5 coil for my kayfun stuck it on ,powered up the mod and it flashed Short on the screen and then filled up with smoke.I took the kayfun off of it and tried it on my V5 and it works perfectly.The seven 30 will power up like normal and roll through all its modes,scrolls wattage/voltage fine,but it won't fire any of my atties,but it does read their ohms and the battery meter moves like its supposed to when you push the fire button.
Any idea what could have happened? 100 bucks and a month vaportech preorder wait all for nada I guess.

You may have some juice in the mod that's shorting it out ?

510 connectors can be unreliable. Differences in tolerances between manufacturers could result in your tank shorting out. Have you tried another RDA or RBA?

Contact VaportekUSA. They're customer service is awesome. They replaced my Seven22 and my DNA 30 clone, no questions. I didn't even ask them for an exchange. I just told them that they malfunctioned and they told me to ship them back (not at the same time). Good luck...

Short means there's is something wrong with ur atty, u have to take the bat out, I suggest when using regulated device,be mindful when u built coils on it,might as well use a mech mod..

A few members here have had their chips blow...my original one came DOA. I've been on my replacement for nearly a week now...hope it holds up...
