Well, I finally got through, they told me their flavorings were delayed due to shipping, and they now have everything they need. They said they are working on filling orders as fast as possible, and told me mine would be shipped today or tomorrow. So just be patient, they weren't expecting the flood of orders they received from traffic due to ........ lol.

I got that same response on the 21th Jan 2014 and as of today
"Order Date: 8th Jan 2014

This order is marked as Awaiting Fulfillment"
but then again it took Fancee juice a month to ship my order from them after their black Friday sale.

That has happened to another vender with a large sale I believe. I would like to know quality of juices......

On their facebook he mentions hiring 10 new people, and firing "slackers". Some customers are complaining about getting half full bottles. Even if this juice was good quality before the sale, does any one believe what he's shipping out now is gonna taste anything like it used to? Or that you are going to get the amount of nic thats written on the bottle? or even if these "slackers" wash there hands before mixing your juice?

I've tried asking for a refund to no avail, gonna see if paypal can take care of this one for me

I think you hit the nail on the head there. I do not order from small companies when they are having a sale promoted by VJ's for the exact concerns you stated so well in your post.

I ordered mine on January 12th. They didn't respond to my emails or messages but I did get a couple of general emails about systems having issues and then hiring more staff for demand. I spoke with a Tim on their website and was told my order would ship the next day which it didn't. Took another 4 or 5 days to ship but I should be receiving it today finally. Unless they really blow me away with flavor I don't think I'll order again just because of the customer service. We'll see though.

That's how I got mine pushed through. If I hadn't have spoke with Tim, sent a few emails and complained in a couple places it probably would have taken a while longer.

So far I've only tried Icy Blue Nuts. Pretty good. I almost don't want to like the flavors just cuz if I find something I really like then I'll have to reorder, wait a month or so and then receive a bottle not filled all the way.

Also, any chance there's a source or link stating it's 25/75 PG/VG?

with Tim and the Vapor Company.

IMHO
Got took by the Shark.
Orders 1328 and 1416 from Jan 12 and 14, no juice.
No replies to 4 email,
nobody on the Chat,
or reply to trouble ticket 3825421,
no answer at phone number.
No response to Facebook posts.
No Response, no juice,.....30 days and counting.....

RUN do not walk away from this vendor, this site, and its owner.
