One of the volunteers sent me this and it almost made me cry. He is so relaxed and snoozing good. I know he is not afraid anymore because he is sleeping with his stomach up. Street cats do not get real good sleep as they have to sleep with one eye open watching their backs.
From what I understand, Stevie will only feed each bunny once or twice a day. She stays away from the nest due to a natural instinct of protection - she doesn't want to lead any predators to it
How Mother Bunnies Care for Their Young
I know, I’m feeling despondent without some tiny bunny cuteness to brighten my day. Poor Ricky just thought he was saving bunnies. He had no idea what their fame would do to his life lol.
Hopefully, @Ricky Vapes , you , your mom, tobey and the bunnies are all getting resettled with nice new floors to enjoy. We don’t really expect pictures every day, but sure won’t complain if we get them!
I got this one on my work phone I have on me now where she’s on her side after bringing her in when she was running around my neighborhood.
Might have a better one on my other phone. I tried to get a cute one last night where she was on her back pretty well with her whole white fluffy belly showing but when I came back with my phone and opened the sliding door she went upright again.

Baby is doing well I’m getting him used to me little by little. He will not know what it’s like to be wild and fear everything all the time so I’m sure he will be easy to get used to me .

I wish the could all get along already. Hate keeping these guys in the separate cage so much without being able to switch it up because Stevie has to be able to feed the babies. I try to get bugs and sassy out to play as much as possible. But I still give them tons of goodies

Cutest baby bunny EVER
Came home and Stevie and fluffy were sitting there staring at the baby. It died when I was at work and was laying there stiff. My mom is beside herself she kept calling me thinking up baby names and it’s all she talked about . I was all happy looking in to see the baby and couldn’t belive it because this morning he was running around in there before I left for work.
I’m just so sad I loved that baby it was a bright part of my life and made me so happy. Life is just so cruel I just made him a little coffin and buried him on the farm.
Sorry guys I just pray the others are okay. I don’t know what happened Mabye it just came out from the nest too early . Mabye it ate solid food when it shouldn’t have. I don’t know

I'm so sorry to hear about the baby. It was awful young when it came out of the nest. I'm praying for the others.
maybe bunnies have a low mortality rate. That is probably all it is. It is very sad but if you are raising bunnies and this is the case please do not blame yourself. I am praying for the others as well.
Peeked In at the nest and they are moving around quite a bit. Mabye this little guy just came down too early. I don’t know it sucks it was all I talked about too. Showing everyone pictures. It was So sweet. My mom kept calling him her baby and just before work she called me saying how excited she is to come home and see the baby and how much she loves him and wants to name him baby cakes.

Yeah I would think so,, have to read the label,, 1of those links was talking a lot about the babies shouldn't really have much more than milk until 3.5 months
