If you are preparing a nice dinner for both of you your husband should do all the cleanup including washing all the dishes, my wife and I have that agreement and like you I wash and clean as she cooks so there's only plates ,knives, forks and glasses for the final cleanup. I look at it this way it's a partnership where one cooks and one cleans, if I did the cooking I would expect her to do the cleaning. I am always the cleaner because my cooking is so bad, I burn water LOL.

Well that's kind of what I figure, it makes it fair for both to contribute..

I just wish my husband would see it that way.. lol..

Your wife is a lucky woman, for real..

my husband is pretty awesome but we've never divided housework before because he always worked and I stayed home.. now that he's home he's just not catching on much.. haha

My husband used to do this too. He would keep the kitchen clean as I cooked, washing pans and what not. The final duty belonged to the dishwasher and he would load and unload that too. Now that he is no longer part of the fam this duty has all fallen to my daughter

That’s the agreement me and my girlfriend had before she passed. She was an amazing chef and could take whatever we had even if it wasn’t much and make it into something amazing. She could make Homemade gravy out of a few ingredients I can’t remember what now. But it tasted great. When I would look I’m the cupboard and think there’s nothing we could make for supper she would just make some amazing dish that looked like it belonged in a 5 star restaurant.

It was only right I would do the dishes.
Some times I miss her it’s too bad alcohol had to turn her into a raging monster and eventually kill her. That was
MY first and only relationship in my 27 years alive. Sometimes I wish I had a relationship again but then I come to my senses pretty quick.

I live with My mom now and My mom does most of that now. I don’t know I guess I’m always working and she doesn’t seem to mind much since I’m buying most of the food and everything.

Spent some time doing my bunny house today since I had the day off.

Made a Ramp going up to a platform above the cage.

Also put the door on hinges and put a locking mechanism on it. Now my mom doesn’t have to have trouble lifting the door up to feed them. Much easier. They are having so much fun in there. Fluffy couldn’t play nice and had to go into his kennel. Oh fluffy...

When I woke up the two bunnies were up on the platform looking into fluffys kennel then running down the ramp looking like they were having fun.

Hopefully fluffy can play nice soon and get his mind out of the gutter
Probably the girls checking to make sure he’s still behind bars and they’re safe to frolic ;)

He might still hump until the hormones reduction kicks in. Can take up to a few months.
