They’re considered essential here. Just no people inside. Curbside service! I’m sure they’re praying I don’t have to bring Monk in. He turns into 115 lbs of frantic bull moose at the vets. Our vet will do home visits, unless it’s an emergency she can’t handle here.Seems None of the vets out here are working

I sure am angry about what one of the ladies upstairs at my work did to little shadow on their smoke break. I found him by a group of ladies smoking so I gave him some carrots to eat and he was all happy eating. I started petting him and they seen then said to me oh look at that! pick him up! I said what no he’s eating plus you don’t just pick a rabbit up they get scared they are prey. You should get down on the ground and let them hop on your lap.
Of course one of them went up to him after I stepped back then she pet him proceeded to pick him up with one hand and held him upside down with his poor feet kicking in the air trying to get away with all his might. I yelled hey what the hell hes scared! Put him down before you drop him. She put him down and he ran away from his food all scared and hid. I just went to see if he was alright I didn’t flip on the stupid woman . He was scared to let me get too close but I gave him extra food and he ate it.
Some people just don’t listen. Now I’ll have to earn his trust again I’m guessing

I found Shadow today he came and sniffed my hand first then he took carrots from my hand. I gave him s big baggie full of alfalfa hay I tore off my 80 pound bale of it at home this morning. That’s what babies need it’s a high calorie rich hay.
