Yea people sit their asses down on it and smoke like mothers a lot of the time. I don’t even sit on it and I made it. It’s a rabbit house not a bench. I’m gonna put a cubby in the top to store the bag of hay and extra food. Slap a no smoking sign on it and then rough up anyone disobeying
Or just put a spike strip on it. A nail or two in the tush would “train” them pretty quick!

    Such a cute family.

My neighbor has a friend who wants two baby bunnies so looks like that’s 4 of Sassys babies going to good homes if this other person is still interested. He thought he could take honey and junior but I said no way they are my babies now.

Of course precious is staying as well.

Not sure if I’ll keep another one of Sassys though. I love them all so much it’s hard to part with them but I know I should.

Seeing that pic you posted of that cute kid, and his sleeping bunny given to him by you - showed me what a difference you can make to these kids lives, with something as simple and cute as a pet bunny

I thought of it but figured I better not haha. One guy who sits on it a lot smoking is actually pretty nice and likes seeing the rabbits. He’s careful with his butts but still smoking right above all that hay isn’t too good of an idea when it’s so dry out. Burning ember could set it ablaze.

I went to feed my rabbit friends at work and seen one of the new gray babies laying in the hutch not looking too good. He’s alive but not moving much he let me pick him up. Don’t think he’s gonna make it :(
    OH no. Very sad.

Yea I kept checking on him and tried to help him but he just kept laying in the same spot moving only very weakly. I comforted him and at least he had a comfy nest inside the hutch to pass away in today :( I came out after work and he was still alive I held him and was about to take him to a vet since he was still alive then he passed away in my arms. I buried him on the other side of the road.

I had a covid-19 haircut today. My hair is long and curly, and I wanted it a bit shorter for winter. Since access to a hairdresser is at least 3 weeks away, and we only have 2 in town - who will both be flat out and booked solid for who knows how long.

I often trim it myself, but this time I whacked off over 3 inches. The result? LOVE IT - it's so much lighter :D

I buzzed my hair with the help of mom (she did hair dressing school for a month or two( at home but my trimmer just partially melted while plugged in the other night :( lucky the smell woke my mom up and she unplugged it before it caught fire

I learned a way to cut my hair from my brother who went to beauty school to be a hairdresser, he was actually a very good drummer so the hair school never amounted to anything. A good way to give yourself an old fashioned layered look is to just pull all hair over your hear, on top and cut off a few inches. I did this last week. LOL

Thanks it was sad but little shadow cheered me up by running to my truck when he seen me looking for food and to say hi

You are a good man Ricky!!! I'm certain you did the best you could.
He knew your Love + Kindness and didn't die alone. That speaks volumes IMO.

Tried trimming my hair, once. Lesson learned!
Good thing my hair grows fast.

That is exactly what I did. Pulled it ALL over my head and just lopped some off. Was pretty uneven but that was in the back so, I didn't care so much, and it was still past my shoulders.

Wife was a dog/cat/animal groomer so her trims were fantastic. Even too!

Had a dear Lady friend trim it not long ago. Still past my shoulders. I've decided to just let it go to the middle of my back again. :D

My hair grows like an Afro so leaving it long is not a good look. Looks like a greasy bush and it’s so hot

and they say vaping is dangerous!!!!

    j/k

I'm lucky to be experiencing the other end of the scale with regards to covid-19. NZ went into a full lockdown Alert Level 4 with only 100 cases. 4 weeks later, we now have 1400 cases and are moving to Alert Level 3 next week.

My region only has 16 cases. Despite this, 99% of NZ'ers are complying with all lockdown guidelines, which has played a major part in us lowering the curve:

And trust me, I feel extremely grateful to be living here
