Shipment error & No responses

I guess I'll have to try posting it here. I sent a following email on 9/9. No reponse received yet.
I sent a PM to Tim(I think his name was) about three days ago, and still no response.
Some people talk about getting superb customer service from GH1, but looks like I'm not getting one.

Hi there

I made a purchase on august 22nd and it arrived today.
I just opened the package and noticed that the 30ml of 555 that I ordered wasn't there (instead there was 10ml of 555). I ordered four other liquids all 10ml, but I ordered 30ml for 555.

Another thing is that four of the five atomizers I ordered that are supposed to be 2.8ohms read arond 3.0~3.2 ohms. Only one reads 2.8ohm, one reads 3.2ohm, and three read 3.0~3.1ohm.
I'm not too picky on this and yet to try the atties too, but I thought I should let you know.

The only thing I feel should be resolved is the mis-shipment of the '555'
