Shipment to Wrong Address

Dear COV

I have ordered some staff from your Site on 02nd of April 2013. However you shipped my package to my Billing Address(Turkey) instead of Shipping Address(Saudi Arabia). I tried to contact with you several times to resolve this issue. But no one replied to my mails or answer to my ticket. You also do not pick up my calls.

As you know Turkey recently banned e-cigarettes. And the package has been kept by Turkey Customs. Moreover I am in Saudi Arabia right now. And my next visit to Turkey 6 months later.

I have red a lot of good comments for your service. I hope you will resolve my issue too ASAP.

Unfortunately all the important people that take care of customer service are all out at one of the largest Vapor conventions since thurs? They wont be back in full staff till Monday? Im sure they will take care of all your needs when they get back. The guys at COV are very good at taking care of their customers.

I know that is not 'great news" to you right now, its just wrong timing. Sorry for your situation. Here in the states, we complain and bad mouth the US postal service, but international mail is another "animal" we take so many things for granted.

They did post all over the COV forum and on their website regarding being away for a few days. Again, im sorry for your package being set to the wrong address.
