At least that's what it looks like. I was wondering if Cash can clue us in as to what merchandise he might be getting in if they do actualy release stuff from customs. juice? Hardware? What? I need to know so I can get some $$$ saved up ASAP.

Where are you getting this info? We haven't heard anything about our shipments being released.

I was refering to the Smoke Everywhere lawsuit against the FDA and them holding shipments in customs. It looks like a judge may very well tell them they have to release the shipments because they have no positive proof yet that they are harmful. Kind of turning around the Smoke Everywhere claim that they are "harmless" and using it against the FDA in reverse. From what I have gathered reading in the other sections on this forum, if they have to release the Smoke Everywhere shipments, they have to release all of the others as well. Just crossing my fingers ya know.

this is yet to be seen and depends upon whether or not the court will recognize ecig paraphernalia as a "new drug", thereby warranting the FDA "ban". Then if the Waxman bill passes, well that just complicates the matter for us even more.
