well seeing all the negative emails i got from shipping being down and not getting everything out on a satuday, the post office closes on noon on saturdays and not 5 like normal weekdays, maybe i should just hang it up as it appears to getting more an more of pain to keep everyone happy and a good name going.

Naw dont do that. It takes hard work, and you have to roll with the ups and the downs to stay in business. Dont let a few spoil it for the rest of us.

Check my other post. Just venting to u all. Ill still b bustin my .... to ship on saturdays. I do it for you all as without you litecig doesnt exist. I iust like to get feedback to help with decisions sometime. Hope u all understajd what im saying. I just seem to be more involved with my customers then some businesses

Glad to hear things went well with your mom!

Please don't let a spoil brat get you down. That person was clearly wrong. You can't please everybody and will only drive yourself crazy trying. You DO however please the majority and DO go above and beyond in customer service and that's what counts and matters.

Same day shipping and Saturday shipping is not a given, nor should it be and people who do not understand that are idiots. Personally I think you should take Saturdays off. You need time for yourself and family.

Thank you for being you, the prices you keep low, the products you carry (especially the 302 attys), the fast inexpensive shipping, the wonderful customer service and all else that you do for your customers!

Glad things went well with your Mom!

I really appriciate your great customer service, but there are always going to be people who you couldn't please if you teleported their order to their house 10 minutes before they ordered it, tied in a ribbon, and served with a cold beer........ they are a lost cause, trust me, you don't want them as customers anyway.
