Shipping juice to USA

Does anyone know if individual Canadians can do this legally? If yes, are there any other concerns?

Not sure if there is an issue, but if it where me I'd just mail it & say it's scented bath oil. A gift for a friend.

Thanks for the response SoUnique. Ya, I thought of that too ... but I'm hoping someone might have actually done it and can shed some light on the process, including the possible pitfalls.

I have shipped juice many times to the US an mark it flavourings and have never had an issue

There is a ban on importing nicotine into Canada. I don't think HC would be as much concerned with sipping it out of the country. That is just a guess though. There is a ban on selling nic liquids as well, but again I'm not sure if they care as much about it leaving the country as that would be the problem of the receiving country.
