Please keep in mind if you have placed an order since the 1st that the post office was closed the 3rd, 4th, and 5th. They are completely behind. Your package is likely not lost, but just moving slowly.
THey get behind from a 1 day holiday so I am sure this has them scrambling

Thanks for the update, I was becoming worried.

Weird, Vapor Kings order (I order the same day) got here yesterday, but I am still waiting on liquid from RMV, which is strange because usually I get my stuff from Rob and your company mostly on the same day.

I have ordered liquid from you guys every month for the last 4 or 5 months and this is the first time it has taken this long.

If you don't offer free shipping over $14, why does your site say this?
I've been a loyal ( only RMV customer) for 11 months and my $30 order has a $2 shipping fee. Not a big deal but when did this start?

Will still be loyal, just wondering?

It is by error. I am looking into why but I will credit you the $2
Any order over $14 should get the $2 credit so there is no charge. SOme reason yours didn't calculate correctly.
