we are going to stop shipping from Sep 28 to Oct 5 (BeiJing Time,GMT0800) because of our National Day.

all orders placed and paid via our site before 1 P.M on Sep 27(1 A.M 0400GMT,Sep 27) will be shipped out on Sep 27 and be trackable online in 2-3 business days. all orders placed from 1 P.M on Sep 27 will be shipped out from Oct 6.

all orders placed from 1 P.M Sep 27.to Oct 8 can use coupon code: hcoct at check out and get 10% off as a compensation for the delay in shipping because of our holiday.

Does it have to be a refund? I emailed your site the other day(after placing my order, before I found out about holiday) asking to have a couple of additional items included in my shipment instead of a refund. I was lucky that what I needed equaled the cost of the refund.

Hi Amy, My order placed on the 25th is still showing up as being in SHENZHEN and hasn't changed since first showing up.

This is my first order not coming EMS so I'm just wondering if that's normal or has the whole Mail system in China been delayed because of the holiday?

I'll live and this is not at all a complaint!! Just wondering!!

Mine will say that while the package is on the boat headed for the USA. When it reaches the USA it will update again. This will be the longest part of the Airmail that wont be updated and will take a few days.. mine normally stays on the boat for 7 days or so

SO no worry it will get to you im sure!

Is it showing on USPS.com track and confirm? Does it just say foreign international acceptance or does it say foreign international dispatch after? If it does, it has left China and is on the way.

the status of your order won't update online until your order arrives in your country. the update on china site is very slow sometimes.

yes. you are correct. the whole mail system in china has been delayed because of our holidays. normally shipping via EMS is better than shipping via China airmail, especially during holiday season.

please wait with patience!

Thanks Guys. BTW.. I'm only a short swim from China in Australia not all the way around the world in the US I normally get things from china in about 5 days so I'm not used to having to be patient!! But I should have known better leading up to a public holiday. Ya live Ya learn!!

I'm waiting on a red ego mega kit for my partner among other stuff!!
Was sent on Thursday and I keep checking the tracking like mad
Nothing yet

You and me both - so far, China Mail doesn't admitt having 3 orders of mine which were posted, according to suppliers, 4 and 5 days ago. It's not always the fastest system, but it usually doesn't take quite that long for them to confess having my stuff.

Then again, if you order because there are discounts because of public holidays, you shouldn't be too surprised

I am sorry for slow process for orders sent via china airmail because our post office had a huge backlog after a long holiday. so tracking numbers via airmail can be trackable in 5-7 days after they are sent.

it is bad and the case that it happens every holiday season. we appreciate your patience.

china airmail is much slower than EMS during holiday season, especially after a long holiday, because post office will process EMS first and then airmail.

If I want really fast, I take the tube to the next town But if I order from China, and with air mail, too, I have to know it most likely won't be there in a few days. Although if it escapes customs, it's usually 8-12 days from shipping date onwards, entirely acceptable. Especially since it's quite a bit cheaper and also very important, a very large choice of products I can't even get here. (Various drip tips come to mind, LR atties, flavours, and everything brand new.)
