Shipping question

Hello all!

I placed my first Ms. T order on July 19th. As everyone can imagine, I'm super stoked to receive my order. So, here's the question: My order still says pending and like I said, it was ordered on the 19th. Is this normal?

Hmmm. Does the order status on the website always update properly? To me, 'pending' means the order hasn't even been filled yet.

If it's shipped through the post office, they sometimes don't even update the tracking information until it's delivered... best of luck!

Man, I know. That is totally annoying. I never realized how great UPS and Fedex were, until more people started using USPS to ship small packages. Anyway, I'm referring to Ms. T's website. My order still says "pending" in my account. I would contact her directly, but wanted to check first to see if it was normal. No sense in bothering the lady, if it generally takes this long.

Two days is not unusual for it to still be pending. Once it changes to "baking", it goes to "shipped" very quickly.

And best of all... everything from MsTs is well worth the wait!

We have an approximately 2 - 3 day turnaround time on orders. Meaning most orders are shipped out within 2 - 3 days of when they are placed. The reason for this is that all orders are mixed by me personally and made to order. I do it this way because I don't like the idea of having stuff sitting on a shelf waiting to be ordered and prefer to be sure that my customers are getting the freshest product possible.

Orders placed on the weekend do not get mailed until Monday.
