normally it takes 8-12 days to reach there via ems.

it takes 12-25 days to reach there via ems.

If you're gonna freak out after 10 days already you need to not be ordering from China in the first place. Read the shipping pages on the companies' website for normal shipping time expectations.

I placed an order on May 10th (during their big sale), my order came in yesterday, May 18th (EMS). I wasn't quite expecting it to come in as fast as it did, really nice surprise!

I just received an order I placed with HC. I chose the slowest/cheapest (China registered Airmail) shipping. 15 days from the day I placed the order! I think thats great. All the way from China in about 2 weeks for less than $6.00 shipping. I am very pleased. I have 2 more orders on their way. I was prepaid to wait a month or perhaps a little longer. I have purchased from Chinese venders before on ebay and waited a lot longer. I will for sure place more orders with HC in the future.

15 days via china airmail is not bad. before holiday reason comes, airmail is a very good choice.
