Just wondering, how long have your orders taken to arrive? And at what point would you consider it lost? Thanx for your input.....

Use the tracking number you get and see where it is. Most of my orders have taken about 6 days, the current one is looking to be 11.
My last order took 2 weeks on the nose (shipped same-day). I wonder if GH1 has/will be affected by the latest FDA shenanigans.
I'd consider it seized or lost. Have you contacted Tim? Is the tracking number working?
There seems to be a few shipments that have gone astray with orders in the month of December (myself included).
I would contact Tim and see what he says about it, if not only to inform him so he can start his trace.

My very first order ever on an e-cig was from Tim. I came back to update a post but I see it has been deleted...
I ordered on Nov 26th, but it was a part of the issues above. I thought it was lost, and Tim agreed to re-ship the order, and replace borrowed goods. The day Tim was supposed to ship me a new order, I got an update on the Canada Post site, at customs... so now the waiting game for customs release. It was, and I got my package on Jan 17th. Tim agreed to ship the replacement good as agreed. He shipped them on Jan 26th, and I got them today, Feb 7th, so much better experience this time.
Tim came good on his agreement, and I wanted to post the update.

I ordered on Feb 18, and it was 'shipped' on 20th, Its been at "PORTEE" since the 24th, which is about 2 weeks now. What's going on here? I know it was going to be a long wait but this seems rather longer than usual. I'm worried that I may not get the order at all. I hope that is not the case
My stuff got here on the exact 15th day after order.
Turns out that bulk of the time is taken by the Chinese carrier.
Once the status of the tracking changed to reached US, it was here the next day.

Using the cheap shipping option, it took just over a month for me. No problems at all in my book.
Shipped 4/6/2011 delivered 4/26/2011 in Italy by china aimail. chinese postal service faster than EMS, that's incredible!
