My very first order ever on an e-cig was from Tim. I came back to update a post but I see it has been deleted...
I ordered on Nov 26th, but it was a part of the issues above. I thought it was lost, and Tim agreed to re-ship the order, and replace borrowed goods. The day Tim was supposed to ship me a new order, I got an update on the Canada Post site, at customs... so now the waiting game for customs release. It was, and I got my package on Jan 17th. Tim agreed to ship the replacement good as agreed. He shipped them on Jan 26th, and I got them today, Feb 7th, so much better experience this time.
Tim came good on his agreement, and I wanted to post the update.

I'm REALLY hoping I get it soon. I'm hoping if I do decide to order from this company again, it's not this bad. I understand the delay due to the new year but this is just a little to weird...
I ordered on Feb 18, and it was 'shipped' on 20th, Its been at "PORTEE" since the 24th, which is about 2 weeks now. What's going on here? I know it was going to be a long wait but this seems rather longer than usual. I'm worried that I may not get the order at all. I hope that is not the case
My stuff got here on the exact 15th day after order.
Turns out that bulk of the time is taken by the Chinese carrier.
Once the status of the tracking changed to reached US, it was here the next day.
