shipping times from healthcabin w/ expedited shipping?

I've heard a lot of complaints about deliveries from China taking forever. Wondering if anyone who has used their expedited shipping could give me an estimate of how long I'll wait. They say up to ten days, but is this accurate?

BTW, I'm in Portland, Oregon (USA).

My last order from HealthCabin took about three weeks using standard delivery but it was just after their new years celebration.

EMS shipping from China takes about 5 days to get to Oklahoma if not held up in customs. It's really gotten expensive tho...
