I believe I saw an EMS option when oredering to Canada when I placed my first order. I chose the china airmail cause it was cheaper, but what sort of difference is there between the two(time wise)?

If there is an EMS option, why isn't it supported in the FREE SHIPPING orders? It says you will ship to most countries via DHL and EMS if you order over 250$, but Canada was not listed, which I assume means you use China Airmail for the free shipping to Canadian Customers.

Also, why is there no DHL option for Canadian customers?

Thank you for your asking.

I am sorry that we have problem getting orders through our customs via DHL now. so we can not offer DHL option for u.

btw, we have problems getting liquid through Canadian customs via ems. only China airmail is safest to your country so far. so we use china airmail as free shipping to Canadian customers. :)

Thanks for the response.

So you recommend using airmail for the liquids? What about hardware? Do alot of canadian customers lose their harware orders while using EMS?

God I hate my countries customs, so bullcrap.

yes. i recommend using airmail for liquids. as for hardware, risk is less than liquid. but there is always risk via ems. :)
