shipping to Canada

Do you ship to Canada? If so, how? The drop down box on the state/province line on the registration screen, only lets you select states. Is this a glitch on the new Nhaler website? Or do you not ship to Canada? Please advise...I'm getting desperate for carts! Thank you in advance.
