I placed my third order with SI on Tuesday (19th), usually the next day I have an email saying it's been shipped but I still haven't received it. Nothing large, just another Volt Spinner. Are you guys overloaded with orders right now?

They are backed up, as of this morning at 10:30 am EST they were working on orders placed the evening of the 17th. As of 2 minutes ago my order from the morning of the 18th is still shown as processing.

I ordered mine on the evening of the 18th, I've just checked my e.mail and it has shipped.
we are in the process of moving to a bigger facility that can hold more employees currently we have no room to hire more people. Once we move more CS and packers will be hired.
Oh nice..was wondering why I ordered monday and I got an email it shipped Friday..was wondering what was going on. That and usps is slow now because of the closures. Of course with spring weather taking its time to get to us, sometimes its slower.
I checked my tracking and my package is just a few miles away languishing in a sorting facility, I can almost hear it calling to me.
I did receive my package today and I've decided that no matter how much I may have whined in another unamed thread the Nano's and Sinthol were worth the wait.
My order placed the morning of the 20th just shipped today. I got frustrated at first, but I agree the Nano's are worth the wait. I have a bad habit of buying 10-20 at a time. Also, can't wait to try the Sinnamon and Mintoid.
