The past few weeks I have been kinda sad because of the service I have been getting from SI. I dont know if it is the holidays or what but sometimes things happen that upset me. A few weeks ago at 4am I placed an order with SI and ten minutes later I placed an order with another juice company that is in Washington State. I live in Ohio just like SI, and usually i'll get a notification that the order hipped later that day and in two days ill have my order. Well later that day I got 2 order confirmations from that juice company and i recieved it within 2 days from washignton. well i never recieved my confirmation from SI. so after a few days I started a ticket and I didnt get it till five days later. so today I did it again and so far no confirmation email sying it was shipped. so I was just wondering if it was closed or just me. Sorry for the rant.
Is SI closed for New Years Eve and day?

Keep in mind this is the last day of their holiday sale. They are probably getting an influx of last minute purchases, and they might be off for the holiday.

I am sorry if you have had any issues...the crazy holiday season ...on top of the fact that we are running out of space and will be moving to a 12000 SF facility in the coming months...and we are constantly adding new employees to meet demand have all caused some issues....but we are working hard to resolve them.
Moving? holy crap! that's HUGE!!!!
I found years ago, that having an all female packing team works great.. no need to investigate what's going in each box.. just wrap and go!
Having guys packing my stuff it was like.. hey.. this is cool.. where did you get this from.. or find a magazine and read an article or an ad on the cover. for longer than necessary.. or not wrap stuff well and have broken things.. ahhhh.. yep.. flashbacks
I moved a lot when I was in my late teens / early 20s
