I know there are a few places that offer some shisha (hookah tobacco) flavored liquids. However, I haven't found my favorite flavor so I'm trying to recreate it. The flavor is a mixture of El Nakhla Double Apple and El Nakhla Zaghloul commonly called Scab due to it's red/black appearance when packed in a hookah bowl. For those that have not tried the flavors, I'll try and describe them. Double Apple actually tastes very little like apple, it's more of a sweet anise flavor (supposedly taking a bite of red apple and green apple at the same time produces this flavor). Zaghloul on the other hand tastes like exactly what it is, fire cured tobacco coated in molasses and dried. It's a deep, rich, spicy, smoky tobacco flavor, with just a touch of molasses sweetness as an undertone. If there are any fellow hookah smokers out there please chime in, any and all suggestions are appreciated.
