Okay so a local shop I go to has over 150 flavors they make themselve and there good and cheap too.

Okay so how they do it is for every flavor they have a huge big bottle of it as 0mg nicotene and when you decide which one you want you tell them how much nic you want in it and they have this machine that mixes it in to the level you want

Okay so since the big bottle have deff been sitting there for a while and steepin on there on should it be all set to go or will I still have to steep it myself after they mix the nicotine for the desired flavor?

Right bc I would think that since the flavors had been sitting there for so long it would already be steeped but when I got bottle from them in the past the color deff changed over a couple weeks along with the flavor so I dont know if mixing the nicotine creates the need for extra steeping for the flavors and pg/vg to mix with the nicotine

Okay well I got an answer to this question today.

I went into the shop and asked to but a 30ml of their carmel cream after he mixed it up he asks me if I can handle 18mg (I had asked for 12) and I said why did you make it that by accident. He then said no I made a 50ml bottle of 18 a week ago for someone and they never came to pick it up, ill give it to you for half price. So of coarse I said yes.

When he brought them both to the register the 50ml bottle that had been sitting for a week was MUCH darker than the one that was just mixed.

So I mentioned it and he said that the nicotine being put in it is what develops the flavors in the juice so the steeping doesnt really happen until nicotine is added.

I know nicotine darkens the colour of the juice over time & the higher the nicotine the darker the juice will go, but did not know that nicotine helps the flavour develop.

So, what happens with the 0mg juice that people vape? Do they just put more flavouring in or leave it a whole lot longer for the flavour to develop?

I tried some from a B&M the other day. The flavor was premixed and they added nic. It was vapable immediately even though i had them add a shot of strawberry to the mango. I would imagine not all flavors would be as "ready to go". Ive gotten LIQUA brand strawberry before and it was not very good until i let it steep for several days and their blackberry took a couple weeks. It was plain nasty when i first opened it.
