I received my Ego Mega carto kit today and absolutely love it!! Now Im looking to buy a 510 model. Still being rather new at this, I wanna know what parts are really interchangable. I really like the convience of cartomizers, but if I buy an joye 510 cartomizer kit, am I able to later use atomizers and cartridges? The company I ordered from sent the wrong extra cartomizers for my Mega kit. Bummer cuz I was anxious to try different juices. They sent 510 dual coil. Can I just buy any 510 joyetech battery to fit them?

510 dual coil should work with any 510 threaded device as long as the battery can handle the draw. For instance you would not want to use a low resistance dual coil on a 510 battery, those are intended for larger bateries (at least 650mA). Your "ego" should be a 510 thread and therefore you should not need to buy anything in order to use the dual coils. That is one of the things that has been driving me crazy about e-cigs in general. There are too many items with similar or identical names. There is the "510" battery, and the "510" threaded devices. so when you purchase or receive a 510 carto (dual coil or not) you can use it on 510 batteries or 510 threaded batteries. There is actually a smaller battery size that is also 510 threaded, but I am not sure what it is called. Blu and volcano sell batteries that are the small size of 510 threaded batteries. It can all be quite confuseing to a noob like yourself or me, but I found that the new members area sticky threads have a wealth of info that can help you understand it all.
