On your next order let them know in the comment section. Steve thinks 90+% are okay. A few of us got the "bad" ones

I ordered 3 white ones and haven't had any issue. The only glitch I noticed was the light staying on for most of the charging. I thought it was weird but it charged just fine.

Mine won't charge on the pcc, but does on the wall charger. Minor inconvenience for such an awesome, discreet battery.

yeh mine died today also. spoke to Steve and he said no problem he will take care of it next order which i knoew he would anyway. but he said someone was going to post a video on how to fix it. i think thats what he meant when he emailed me unless i am wrong. any clues?
