Shorty T-Tip extremely difficult to remove

I've had this tip for a while now, I was lucky enough to have won one last year.

Anyhoo... it's been a while since I've vaped, but I've recently taken it up again and I've been using my T-Tip. Thing is, I have to use pliers to remove it from any atty I've tried. I changed the o-ring, hoping that would help, but it's just too tight no matter what. I've owned a few T-tips... the long one, brass one.... they fit fine.

Any suggestions?

The Orings will swell over time. Replace with a #47 or if thats too tight, go with a #36, both available from Home Depot or Lowes, Brand name Danco. They cost 2.00 bucks for ten orings, so you'll have some spares.

well I tried the spare i got from you, but it was still tight.. i'll try the smaller one. tnx

Try using some food grade Oring and seal lube. I found some at Lowes and used just a dab on the Oring, now my Ttip is alot easier to remove than before. It doesn't take much, just a little dab goes a long ways.
