Shot in the dark: eGo connecter sources anyone?

OK, I just went through five pages of threads here and decided that 149 pages would be more than I would want to comb through. I was wondering if anyone knows anyplace that would sell eGo style 510 connecters. I'm looking for the ones that have the exterior threading for the cone. Are these possible to find?

Appreciate the links. You think the adapters might be more heavy duty than the straight up connecters? They look like it.

Guess I didn't look far enough.

Those eGo-> 510 adapters are a bit cruder than the straight up connectors, but the center post actually floats and screws, so as an adapter it can be adjusted for either end. The couple I got also needed some initial work to get the cone on. I at first thought they were a different thread.

Good to know. A friend on nu-vapor (Az-Plumber) is mailing me a couple connecters to try. The ones like at HG and LF. Said he had a bunch. I'm making a kicked pipe from black walnut and zebrawood. If this turns out the way I want I might do some carved butternut ones. I have a plank of butternut 2" thick X a foot wide that's over ten feet long. That would make a few pipes.

Just a caveat, I ordered some of the ego connectors from LF and the ones I got were junk. They would only work with certain atties.

Hmmm.... that sucks. My friend sent me a couple connecters. Not sure where they came from. I'll be sure to test them before I epoxy them in place.
